Inventory Health report

The Inventory Health report provides detailed data about your sales, current sellable and unsellable quantities, inventory age, weeks of cover left, units which will be eligible for long-term storage fee (LTSF), estimated long-term storage fee (LTSF) amount, and information about additional offers that are available on your products. For example, you can see how many FBA offers, New and Used, are available for a given product, as well as the lowest FBA and non-FBA price for both New and Used condition. Notes:

The estimated long-term storage fee excludes VAT.
The non-FBA lowest New and Used price includes both product price and shipping charge.
The online version of the report does not include all the columns available in the downloadable version. The display columns were selected to show key information that can easily be viewed on a computer screen. Download the full report to see all available Inventory Health data.

A detailed description of each of the fields is given in the table below.

While most of the fields are self-explanatory, we have provided examples of weeks of cover and the long-term storage fees columns in the table below:

Weeks of Cover Trailing 30 Days	weeks-of-cover-t30	If you sold 400 units in the last 30 days (4 weeks) for a given item and had 100 sellable units in Amazon fulfillment centers, your Weeks of Cover t30 would be 1.
	units-shipped-last-365-days	If you have no sales for a given item in the last 365 days, the Weeks of Cover t365 value would be "infinite".
Est. Long-Term Storage Units (12+ months)	qty-to-be-charged-ltsf-12-mo	If you have 10 units of a given item which will be older than 12 months on the next long-term storage fees assessment date, the qty-to-be-charged-ltsf-12-mo will be 10, assuming no further sale of the item.
	qty-in-long-term-storage-program	If you had a total of five units of a given item which were already charged long-term storage fees in the last long-term storage fees charge date, the qty-in-long-term-storage-program will be 5.
Est. Long-Term Storage Fee (12+ months	projected-ltsf-12-mo	The amount of long-term storage fees you might pay for 10 units of a given item which will be older than 12 months on the next long-term storage fees assessment date, assuming no further sale of the item. This is calculated based on the volume occupied by the 10 units and the 12-monthly long-term storage fees rate.
Est. Long-Term Storage Units (6+ Months)	qty-to-be-charged-ltsf-6-mo	If you have 15 units of a given item which will be aged between six months and 12 months on the next long-term storage fees assessment date, the qty-to-be-charged-ltsf-6-mo will be 15, assuming no further sale of the item.
Est. Long-Term Storage Fee (6+ Months)	projected-ltsf-6-mo	The amount of long-term storage fees you might pay for 15 units of a given item which will be aged between six months and 12 months on the next long-term storage fees assessment date, assuming no further sale of the item. This is calculated based on the volume occupied by the 15 units and the six-monthly long-term storage fees rate.

We provide your sales and weeks of cover for a wide range of days, from 7 to 365, to accommodate varying business needs. We suggest you use the weeks of cover information (using the number of days that is appropriate for your business) to ensure that you are not understocked or overstocked for a given item. For items that are low on cover, we suggest that you replenish your inventory. For items that have excess cover, we suggest that you don't send any more inventory and perhaps schedule a removal.

The Inventory Health report is refreshed on a daily basis and will reflect information that is about 24 hours old.

This report is available for download through your seller account and through Merchant Web Services APIs.
