Shipping Confirmation template

Individual sellers: This feature is only available to sellers with a Professional selling plan. Learn more by visiting Selling plan comparison.

Amazon Easy Ship: This feature is not relevant for sellers who ship orders with Amazon Easy Ship. If you use Amazon Easy Ship, you should schedule pickup from the Manage Orders page or using the Schedule Pickup template/feed.

If you are a ‘self-ship’ seller (i.e., you do not ship orders through Amazon Easy Ship, perhaps because you are located outside the United Arab Emirates), you need to confirm shipment of the order after you have shipped it to the customer with a third-party courier. Use the Shipping Confirmation template to create a shipping confirmation file. Amazon uses the information you provide to update a customer's account information with your fulfilment data.

  1. Download and save the Shipping Confirmation template.
  2. Review the Data Definitions tab, and enter your shipping information in the Shipping Confirmation template tab.
  3. Upload the template by going to Orders > Upload Order Related Files .
  4. Under Upload Your Shipping Confirmation File, click Browse to locate your template file.
  5. Select the template file and click Upload now.

Tip: You can download other shipping templates by going to Settings > Shipping Settings and choosing the self-ship tab. On this page, you can create, edit, and migrate shipping templates, as well as assign inventory SKUs to the templates.
