Your Information & Policies page

Your Information & Policies page is a place where you can create information about your business to provide to customers.

Note: If you don't see Your Info & Policies on the Settings menu, you don't have access rights for this tool. Contact your account administrator to gain access rights.

Using this tool, you can build help pages for customers that contain basic information about your store, including the following:

About Seller

Introduce your business and build your brand.

Seller Logo

You can upload an image of your business logo, which must be a .jpg, .jpeg or a .gif file, 120 pixels wide by 30 pixels tall, and can’t be animated. The maximum file size of the image must be less or equal to 20,000 bytes. Websites or email addresses should not be on the logo, as this would be considered to be redirecting sales.

Shipping

If you are not enrolled in Amazon Easy Ship (i.e., you ‘self-ship’ your items using your own courier partners to customers), you can use this to provide customers information about your shipping policies and shipping charges.

Most Amazon sellers located within the UAE use Amazon Easy Ship to deliver items to customers. With Amazon Easy Ship, the delivery charge customers pay for the order is AED 10 in most cases.

Privacy Policy

This can be any extension to the existing Amazon website policy. This cannot contradict Amazon's policies.

Frequently Asked Questions

Provide answers about policies or products that are not answered on your other Help pages.

Custom Help Pages

Here you can offer additional information for customers, such as sizing charts and other product-specific and category-specific details.

Gift Services

You can provide information about the availability of gift wrapping or gift messaging, if that is an option. Most third-party sellers cannot offer gift services on Amazon at this time, though we hope to expand this offering in the future.

Returns & Refunds

Your return and refund policies, including instructions for returning items. This can be any extension to the existing Amazon website policy. This cannot contradict Amazon's policies.

You can view your current seller and store content by referring to the live Amazon site.

Follow these steps to review your store content:

  1. Go to Amazon.
  2. In the search box at the top left of the browse window, enter a product that you sell and then click Go.
  3. On the details page, click your merchant name.

    Your Seller Profile page appears.

  4. Check your merchant privacy statement, shipping information or returns & exchanges information.
