On the Summary page, you can
review your shipment contents, track your shipments, and their receiving status at the
fulfillment center. If there are problems with your shipment, you will be notified on
the Summary page and
in the Shipping
Queue.
Summary is the sixth step in the six-step shipment creation workflow:
The Summary page provides an overview of your shipment and tools for tracking
carrier progress as well as the receiving process after the shipment arrives at the
fulfillment center. You also have the opportunity to change the number of boxes in your
shipment.
On the Summary page, you can
review the contents of your shipment.
Important: If you modify the number of boxes after you have already printed your
labels, you must reprint the entire set of labels for your shipment.
The Summary page consists of three tabs:
Track shipment provides
tracking information about your shipment.
For small parcels, you can track your
shipment by box number, tracking ID, and carrier status.
For less-than and full truckloads
(LTL and FTL), you can track your shipment by freight number and your bill of
lading (BOL). If you used an Amazon-partnered carrier (may not
be available in your region), Amazon will generate your BOL. The
Amazon-generated BOL is available in your seller account 24 hours before your
scheduled pickup.
Shipment contents is a
list of products included in your shipment and the number of items received when the
shipment arrives at the fulfillment center. To see the status of your received items,
click the number of units received. You can see how many units are in FC transfer and
how many units are available for Prime sale. Units in FC transfer are available for
sale, but cannot be eligible for Prime delivery until they are transferred to
destination FCs.
Reconcile identifies
discrepancies between what was listed in the shipment and what is received at the
fulfillment center. For more information, see Reconciling Your
Shipment.
If you did not use an Amazon-partnered carrier, on the Track shipment tab, enter
your tracking information so that Amazon can provide you with accurate shipment tracking
information.
For small parcel delivery, enter the
tracking ID.
For LTL and FTL, enter your bill of
lading (BOL) and freight number.
This information will enable us to provide you
with accurate shipment statuses and visibility in the Shipping Queue.
The Summary page is your primary destination for monitoring your shipments.
In addition to reviewing your products and quantities, you can track your shipments (if
applicable), and watch the progress of your products as they are received at the Amazon
fulfillment center. If there are problems with your
shipment, you will be notified on the View Summary page and in the Shipping Queue.
