Need help with Suspected Intellectual Property Violations

by Seller_1aEvqRrrAUroC

I need help to get this issue resolved in the right way because I did deep research and its really cant find the right way to deal with this so I have received notification of Suspected Intellectual Property Violation for one of my listings so immediately I have deleted the listing from my inventory
And I have no plan to list this ASIN in my inventory again as it doesn’t really generate Sales
My concern is after deleting the ASIN do I still need to send Plan of action?
When I asked the seller support team they said that

(((Please note, if the listings mentioned under the Policy compliance is closed/deleted then there is no further action required. Having said that we will not be able to remove the ASINs from your Account health section. As they remain in your seller central account for up to 180 days since the time you have received the violation notification)))

I have invoices from authorised distributor
But as above seller support mentioned no further action required from my side is it correct?
I want to know what the right process after deleting the ASIN ?
Don’t want to be deactivated in the future for this issue
My account health showing GOOD

So kindly advice if something I need to do in this regards and attached is screenshot of my notification

Thank you for any recommendation

Dear i give you exact solution. You need to remove violation. So just go to account health and check which violation. Then click to explain i am not selling counterfeit products. I am selling 100% original item and i have invoices for these items or this item. So then next and then upload your proof of invoice.so you will get 0 violation within 5 hours. i do same thing 2 times. Work and listing also activated by amazon they said after review we decided you can sell
